How to make a withdrawal?
How to Make a Withdrawal
Withdrawing funds from your trading account is straightforward and can be done at any time. However, it’s important to consider a few factors before submitting a withdrawal request. For example, having open trading positions may lead to delays or complications. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend reviewing your account status and trading activity before making a request.
Making a withdrawal request
You can submit a withdrawal request directly through my.traze.ae.
Withdrawals must be made to the original source of payment used for funding your trading account:
- Bank Transfer: If you deposited funds via bank transfer, your withdrawal — including any profits — will be processed back to the same bank account.
- Credit/Debit Card: If you deposited using a credit or debit card, you may request a withdrawal of the deposited amount back to the same card. Any profits exceeding the original deposit will be transferred to your personal bank account.
To ensure successful processing of profit withdrawals, please provide a recent bank statement that clearly displays your full name and account details. The name on the bank account must match the name on your trading account.
Check your trading account margin
Withdrawing funds from your trading account balance directly impacts account margin. If the margin level falls too low, it can lead to margin-call, preventing you from opening new positions and even stop out, which begins liquidating your positions.
The best-case scenario is to make withdrawals without any open positions unless you are confident that you’ll have more than enough margin to maintain your positions.
How long does a withdrawal take?
How long a withdrawal takes depends on the payment method used. Supposing there are no issues with the information provided, our finance team will process the withdrawal within 24-hours.
Are there any fees to make a withdrawal?
Traze Securities does not charge any fees for bank transfers related to deposits or withdrawals. However, please note that your bank or payment provider may apply charges, which can vary depending on their policies—particularly if your account is not denominated in US dollars or involves currency conversion.
