What payment methods are supported?

We support multiple payment methods to deposit or withdraw funds to or from your trading account. Although we support several methods, you should keep in mind that not all options are available in every location our customers are based. To see what options are available for you, log in to your MyTraze account to see deposit options.
Before making a deposit, you should be familiar with how to make a withdrawal and how to verify your account.

Local and International Bank Transfer

The Local and International bank transfer option is available to all clients. You may transfer AED or USD from any bank worldwide to our designated bank accounts in the UAE.

When initiating a transfer, please ensure the reference “Traze-[your Traze Trading Terminal account number]” is included to ensure accurate allocation of funds. All transfers must originate from a bank account held in your name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned.

Clients are required to submit the bank transfer receipt through their MyTraze account or send it to our support team to help us verify and allocate the funds promptly.

Transfers are typically received within two business days. Once the funds are credited to our bank account and verified against your trading account, they will be reflected accordingly.

Please double-check that all transfer details are accurate, as any discrepancies may result in delays or return of funds to the sender.

Card Payments (VISA / Mastercard)

You can fund your trading account using VISA or Mastercard credit or debit cards. Card payments are processed securely through our Payment Service Provider (PSP), and the funds will be credited to your wallets in AED or USD, based on the wallet selected at the time of deposit.

Please note that deposits made using third-party cards (i.e., cards not held in your name) are not permitted, and such transactions will be declined.

If you have deposited via card, you may request a withdrawal of the deposited amount back to the same card. Any profits exceeding the original deposit will be transferred to your personal bank account, provided the account is held in your name.
