How to reset my passwords?

When using so many different online services, it’s not uncommon to forget your password on occasion. If you do forget your password, don’t panic; it can easily be reset.

Reset your MyTraze password

To reset your password for MyTraze, you can simply click the “forgot password” link on the MyTraze login page. A new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address if it matches an account in the system.

If you already know the passwords to your MyTraze account but want to change the password for other reasons, you can do by following these steps:

  1. Click “Profile” in the menu.
  2. Click the ‘change’ icon in the “Password” row.
  3. Please mention the ‘current password’ and ‘new password’
  4. You need to verify this action; choose to verify by email. Click on “Click for verification” to be sent a verification code.
  5. Enter the verification code you received
  6. Enter your new password.

Reset your MetaTrader 5 password

To reset your MetaTrader 5 password, log in to your MyTraze account and navigate to “Accounts Overview”, then click on “Account List”. Here, you will see all your Traze Trading Terminal live and demo accounts. Select the account for which you wish to reset the password, click the change icon, and choose “Email” to receive a PIN. Once you receive the PIN, enter it in the designated field and proceed to set your new password.
